1. Are your services covered by insurance? No
As a certified YMCA personal trainer, I am not be able to provide insurance receipts because insurance companies require trainers to be registered or recognized under specific professional certifications or licenses to issue receipts that are eligible for reimbursement. While a certified YMCA personal trainer may be certified by a reputable organization like the YMCA, they do not meet the particular criteria set by insurance companies for providing receipts that are recognized for insurance claims.

2. How much weight can I expect to lose? On average 1-2 pounds a week
It will depend on your starting weight and vary based on the individual and their circumstances. Please contact me for a FREE 30 min. consultation

3. Do you do have vegetarian / gluten free meal plan? Yes
I design a personalized, healthy, and balanced eating plan tailored to your preferences and individual needs, such as gluten-free or vegetarian.

4. Do I need equipment to exercise? No
Equipment is not required. However, if you have equipment, your program will be tailored to incorporate it into your workouts.

5. Do I need to have prior fitness experience to start personal training? No
Personal training is for individuals of all fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, your program will be customized to meet your current abilities and goals.
